Ongoing programs

1.Provides Support information and Networking opportunities to Families who have Children with Disabilities across BC 2. Provide ongoing information training and networking services and support to our BC Provincial Volunteer Parents. 3. Training and Mentoring of Parents to present FSI Workshops required by Community in BC revise and redevelop Workshops for presentation. 4. Lending Library of Book Videos and Resource Materials 5. The FSI Summer Institute on Inclusive Education is one such new program. 6. Development of Websites and to expand the Information about the work of the Organization and supports to families in BC. These Sites are: 1.) Support Worker Central Website and 2.) Find Support BC Website 3.) WayFinders Website 7. We expanded our existing websites to develop and cater more on specific needs of families and individuals in BC. Family Worksite is now called WayFinders and we added 2 more sites. We now have 5 sites to provide more information resources support and assistance to organizations and families. More improved Support Worker Central Website Find Support BC Website WayFinders (Family Works) Website and additional My Community BC and My Booklet BC and Transitional timeline. 8. Introduction of virtual Learning Explorations and Regular Zoom Hangouts to provide information to Families and Organizations from invited Speakers of Specific Issues that families and Individual faces and how we can provide help for them.
