YOUTH LEADERSHIP THIS PROGRAM OFFERS TEENS IN PROGRAMS WITH ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO DEVELOP LEADERSHIP SKILLS THAT THEY CAN APPLY IN THEIR EVERYDAY LIVES. LEADERSHIP SKILLS INCLUDE CONFLICT RESOLUTION AND PLANS ROOTS MENTORING THIS PROGRAM CONNECTS MENTEES AGED KINDERGARTEN TO GRADE 7 WITH MENTORS IN GRADES 9-12 TO LEARN ABOUT INDIGENOUS CULTURES. THEY LEARN FROM THE EXPERIENCES AND TEACHINGS OF INDIGENOUS COMMUNITY LEADERS AND GUESTS.
