THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES RESIDENTIAL LIVING SUPPORT IN A FULL-TIME CARE FACILITY WHERE RESIDENTS ARE SUPPORTED 24/7 AND THROUGH INDEPENDENT LIVING SUPPORT WHERE INDIVIDUALS LIVE IN THEIR OWN APARTMENTS AND RECEIVE ASSISTANCE UP TO 21 HOURS PER WEEK.
