THE CENTRE HAS GROWN IN SIZE AND SCOPE OF PROGRAMMING BUT REMAINS TRUE TO ITS ORIGINAL VALUE OF WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH PARENTS; BEING CULTURALLY SENSITIVE AFFIRMING AND RESPECTING THE VALUES OF FAMILIES.
