Prevention-To prevent mental health problems from occurring through parent education and community outreach . 2. Early Intervention-To help infants and children and their families who are experiencing early signs of mental health difficulties through community-based programs. 3. Outpatient Treatment-To help infants/children/youth and their families who are experiencing social emotional and/or behavioral difficulties through outpatient family individual and /or group treatment. 4. Day Treatment-To help children and youth with serious social emotional and/or behavioral difficulties that affect primarily their ability to function in school. 5. Residential Treatment-To help children and youth with serious social emotional and/or behavioral difficulties that affect their ability to function at home in school and in the community. 6. To help youth in conflict with the law who have mental health problems. 7. Training: To provide training including seminars workshops and intensive training to practitioners in the field of children's mental health such as Psychiatry Social Work Psychology Child & Youth and Early Childhood Education. 8. Research: To build the knowledge base for the field of children's mental health. 9. Resource: To deliver program consultation in various early intervention strategies in the field of children's mental health and to develop mental health primary resources.
