THE LLOYDMINSTER LEARNING COUNCIL ASSOCIATION (LLCA) WAS ESTABLISHED IN 1975 AND FUNCTIONS TO COORDINATE ENCOURAGE AND PROMOTE LIFELONG LEARNING WITHIN THE COMMUNITY OF LLOYDMINSTER. THE LLOYDMINSTER LEARNING COUNCIL ASSOCIATION BELIEVES THAT PEOPLE NEED OPPORTUNITIES FOR LIFELONG LEARNING IN ORDER TO ENHANCE QUALITY OF LIFE.
