Fiscal Year 2024 began with renewed optimism marking a notable improvement in engagement and participation compared to FY 2023. We continued to offer religious services for members and adherents of all age groups both in person and online. Attendance increased significantly across worship services prayer meetings and Bible studies. In particular our digital fellowship sessions conducted via Zoom experienced steady growth alongside our in-person gatherings. Our commitment to serving the broader community remained strong throughout the year. We continued to address poverty and hardship by donating to food banks and operating a free store open to the public. During the spring summer and Christmas seasons we provided targeted assistance to seniors including running errands for those unable to do so themselves. We also maintained our free community support services through our Resource Centre. Here individuals received guidance in completing government forms and accessed free tax filing clinics both in person and online. Our After-School Club continued to support students by offering in-person homework assistance in a safe and structured environment.

New programs

In FY 2024 we re-introduced the New Believers Discipleship Program designed to support new converts in their faith journey. The program prepares participants for Water Baptism and provides structured discipleship and next steps. It comprises three sections and is open to individuals aged 10 and older. The program was well-received with many participants attending and engaging enthusiastically.
