COUNSELLOR TRAINING WORKSHOPS ARE HELD TO PREPARE TEENAGED MEMBERS TO BECOME VOLUNTEER GROUP LEADERS AND COUNSELLORS FOR THE YOUNGER AGE GROUP. THEY ARE ALSO ENCOURAGED TO PERFORM VOLUNTEER WORK IN THE COMMUNITY. OUR ADULT MEMBERS VOLUNTEER AS PROGRAM LEADERS AND CAMP DIRECTORS MENTORS TP YOUTH VOLUNTEERS AND GROUP LEADERS AND COUNSELLORS FOR THE 12-17 YEAR OLD YOUTHS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. ALTOGETHER THERE ARE ABOUT 90 VOLUNTEER COUNSELLORS RANGING IN AGE FROM 15 TO 60. OUR PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES ARE ALSO SUPPORTED BY PARENT VOLUNTEERS.
