JAMES TOWN SENIORS CORNER WHICH ENGAGES SENIORS 55+ LIVING WITH MENTAL ILLNESS IN VARIOUS ACTIVITIES WHICH HELP FOSTER FRIENDSHIPS AND SENSE OF COMMUNITY; AND THE WESTON MOUNT DENNIS COMMUNITY PLACE HUB LOCATED IN A NEIGHBOURHOOD IMPROVEMENT AREA WHICH PROVIDES SUPPORT TO COMMUNITY MEMBERS OF ALL AGES BY OFFERING NEEDED PROGRAMS AND SERVICES WE WELL AS ASSISTING INDIVIDUALS IN NAVIGATING THE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM.
