VOUCHER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM: VOUCHERS ARE DISTRIBUTED TO HELP COMMUNITY MEMBERS OBTAIN CLOTHING AND HOUSEHOLD ITEMS DURING TIMES OF FINANCIAL DIFFICULTY.
