ST. PATRICK'S HOME FOR OTTAWA IS A CATHOLIC CHARITABLE NOT-FOR-PROFIT SPONSORED BY THE CATHOLIC HEALTH SPONSORS OF ONTARIO GOVERNED BY A VOLUNTEER BOARD OF DIRECTORS UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE MINISTRY OF LONG-TERM CARE. THE HOME PROVIDES PERSON-DIRECTED LONG-TERM CARE AS WELL AS RESPITE SERVICES TO PERSONS OF ALL RELIGIOUS AND ETHNIC ORIGINS IN THE OTTAWA REGION. AS A CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY IT VISIBLY CONTINUES THE HEALING MINISTRY OF CHRIST AND THE CARING SPIRIT OF ST. MARGUERITE D'YOUVILLE. IT IS AN ACTIVE PARTNER IN AN INTEGRATED AND COMPREHENSIVE LONG-TERM CARE SYSTEM.
