SHOCK TRAUMA AIR RESCUE SERVICE (STARS) IS FUNDED BY INDIVIDUAL DONORS SERVICE GROUPS CORPORATE DONORS AND GOVERNMENT CONTRIBUTIONS. STARS IS A NETWORK OF HIGHLY SKILLED PROFESSIONALS PROVIDING RAPID AND SPECIALIZED EMERGENCY CARE TO CRITICALLY ILL AND INJURED PATIENTS IN THE AIR ON THE GROUND OR VIRTUALLY. A PORTION OF STARS' REVENUE IS PROVIDED BY SHOCK TRAUMA AIR RESCUE SERVICE FOUNDATION.
