THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO SUPPORT THE ROYAL CANADIAN ARMY CADETS IN ONTARIO AND IN PARTICULAR TO SUPPORT THE ARMY CADET LEAGUE OF CANADA (ONTARIO). FOR THIS PURPOSE THE FOUNDATION WILL SOLICIT CONTRIBUTIONS IN ORDER TO ESTABLISH A CAPITAL FUNDS THE INCOME FROM WHICH AND THE EXTENT NECESSARY A PORTION OF THE CAPITAL WILL FROM TIME TO TIME BE CONTRIBUTED THE ARMY CADET LEAGUE IN SUPPORT OF THE ARMY CADET MOVEMENT. THE FOUNDATION WILL BE CREATING BURSARIES TO BE AWARDED TO A TOP ARMY CADET IN ONTARIO THAT COMPLETES THE EXPEDITION AND PARA COURSES AT SUMMER TRAINING CAMP.
