Maintain the Canadian Secretariats of Canadian National Committee for Pacific Economic Cooperation (CANCPEC); Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Business Advisory Council (ABAC); the APEC study Centre in Canada and CSCAP; 4. Maintain website for the purpose of disseminating news information and analysis of Canadian relations with Asia and other countries in the Indo-Pacific region; 6. Manage a granting program to support policy research and discussion on Canada’s relations with Asia; 7. Partner with universities think-tanks and other experts on initiatives and events related to Asia-Pacific research; 8. Promote two-way exchange flows of students and support young Canadians Asia competence capacity development; 9. Promote cooperation and greater understanding between Canada and Asia on a range of issues related to trade and investment innovation and digital technologies regional and non-traditional security sustainable development through track 1.5 and track II strategic dialogues and roundtables; 10. Facilitate youth exchange through the Japan-Canada Kakehashi Project; 11. Facilitate market access for Canadian business in Asia through the Women-only Business Missions to Asia and other programs; 12. Support capacity building of MSMEs through APEC-Canada Growing Business Partnership and other research-based training programs;

Cultivate understanding of the Indo-Pacific in Canada and of Canada in the region among young professionals and the next generation of policy leaders through interactive programs and facilitating their participation in conferences and events; 2. Facilitate training and fellowship programs for media in Canada and the Indo-Pacific region to enhance their understanding of Canada the Indo-Pacific and their relationship.
