Ongoing programs
Sponsored one Full-Time and two Part-Time Pastors. We offer spiritual guidance to individuals and families and assist in practical ways when needed. Sunday worship services are held at Galaxy Theatre Collingwood and there are children and youth components. We also have online virtual services. We have programs for children youth and adults during the week. We participate in many local town events including community dinners and the easter egg hunt. We use our facility (Journeys Blend Café) as a hub for our congregation to connect with those requiring fulfillment of either physical or spiritual needs (www.journeysblend.com). We are sponsoring a program to feed homeless breakfast and lunch. We have restarted volunteer opportunities including opportunities for secondary school students to fulfill required volunteer hours. We have also worked to provide work/life skills training for special needs students. Net profits of Journeys Blend Café are directed towards Benevolent activity in the community. Continued to support ministry to meet the physical and spiritual needs of the truck driving community in Canada and other parts of the world.
