WE PROVIDE PRIMARY CARE AS WELL AS SERVICES FROM DIETITIANS SOCIAL WORKERS COUNSELLORS PHYSIOTHERAPISTS COMMUNITY HEALTH WORKERS AND ALSO HEALTH-RELATED PROGRAMMING SUCH AS SUPPORT GROUPS.
