FACILITATING THE MISSION OF THE ENGLISH DISTRICT OF THE LUTHERAN CHURCH-MISSOURI SYNOD ESPECIALLY BY PROMOTING MISSION POLICY IN CANADA IN CONSULTATION WITH OUR CANADIAN CONGREGATIONS AND THE ENGLISH DISTRICT OF THE LUTHERAN CHURCH-MISSOURI SYNOD. 2.
