THE CHILDREN LEARN ABOUT OLD WAYS OF DOING THINGS AND THE IMPORTANCE OF FOOD SECURITY THEN AND NOW. EXHIBIT CREATION - THE MUSEUM IS CONSTANTLY WORKING ON NEW AND INTERESTING STORIES AND WAYS OF DELIVERING THE INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC. DIGITIZATION OF THE ARCHIVES - AS WE MOVE FORWARD WE FIND THAT IT IS BEGINNING INCREASINGLY IMPORTANT TO HAVE OUR COLLECTION DIGITIZED TO IMPROVE ACCESS TO THE PUBLIC.
