LUK IS FREE TO THE PUBLIC AND CREATES A BARRIER FREE EXCITING ART EXPERIENCE FOR ALL COMMUNITY MEMBERS.

YES. ARTSCO'S YOUTH COUNCIL OF ARTISTS. ARTSCO'S YOUTH COUNCIL OF ARTISTS IS DEDICATED TO EMPOWERING YOUNG CREATIVES TO SHAPE THE FUTURE OF ART IN THE HEART OF THE CENTRAL OKANAGAN. THE YCA IS FREE AND OPEN TO STUDENTS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 14 - 18 CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN SECONDARY SCHOOL IN THE CENTRAL OKANAGAN.
