KINVILLAGE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES A CONTINUUM OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND HEALTH SERVICES INCLUDING SUBSIDIZED HOUSING SUPPORTIVE HOUSING ASSISTED LIVING AND COMPLEX RESIDENTIAL CARE. OUTREACH HEALTH SERVICES ARE ALSO AVAILABLE INCLUDING A DAY PROGRAM FOR OLDER ADULTS AND A WELLNESS PRESCRIPTION PROGRAM FOR SENIORS THAT SUPPORTS OLDER ADULTS IN SOUTH DELTA WHO HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED AND AT RISH FOR FRAILTY WITH A COMPREHENSIVE WELLNESS PLAN TO LINK INDIVIDUALS WITH COMMUNITY BASED SENIORS SUPPORT SERVICES.
