WE DELIVER MULTIPLE PROGRAMS INCLUDING FAMILY SUPPORT RESIDENTIAL CARE FOR YOUTH ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES AND FOSTER CARE WE PROVIDE DIRECT SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES THROUGH VOCATIONAL SERVICES OPPORTUNITIES LIFE SKILLS AND THROUGH COMMUNITY ACCESS AND INVOLVEMENT. WE ALSO PROVIDE DIRECT CLIENT CENTERED SERVICES TO YOUTH AND FAMILIES WITH COMPLEX NEEDS BY PROVIDING OUTREACH SHELTER AND INITIAL ASSISTED LIVING. MCMAN IS PROVIDING HOMES TO INDIVIDUALS AGES 18 AND OVER WHO MAY HAVE SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND/OR MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES AND WHO ARE AT RISK OF BEING HOMELESS OR ARE EMERGENCY SHELTERED. MCMAN ALSO PROVIDES OUTREACH AND SUPPORT SERVICES TO LGBQT YOUTH AND THEIR FAMILIES AS WELL AS RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS. MCMAN ALSO HAS MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAMS THAT PROVIDE CRITICAL MENTAL AND WELLNESS SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES.

IN PARTNERSHIP WITH HOMESPACE MCMAN CALGARY RECEIVED A GRANT TO SUPPORT 'NEIGHBORHOOD HUB' WHERE INDIVIDUALS RECEIVING HOUSING SUPPORT CAN ACCESS RESOURCES ALL IN ONE PLACE. THEY ALSO RECEIVED FUNDING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH WITH OTHER AGENCIES TO PROVIDE OUTREACH-BASED SUPPORT OR ADOLESCENTS (AGED 12-22) WHO ARE VICTIMS OF SEXUAL EXPLOITATION AND TRAFFICKING. THE CENTRAL REGION LAUNCHED A PILOT PROGRAM FOR INDIVIDUALS IN INNISFAIL 55+ REFERRED BY HEALTH PROFESSIONALS TO RECEIVE AGING IN COMMUNITY SUPPORTS.
