Provide instruction & discussion around United Church of Canada Affirming congregations for outreach & inclusion Provide financial gifts to other registered charities with similar charitable objectives. New programs
Supported an initiative along with other Peterborough United Churches to support the immigration of the El Yusuf family from Syria to rejoin their parents and extended family in Canada. The goal is to raise a total of $32 000 to be made available to the family as needed to help them become established here once they have successfully immigrated to Canada.
