Ongoing programs
We provided meditation and teaching sessions twice monthly as well as monthly full day sessions which are led by Buddhist monks or lay teachers. We normally provide 2-4 residential retreats where participants can live in silence and meditate under the supervision of a Buddhist monk. These last between 3 and 10 days.
