SCOTIA FESTIVAL OF MUSIC HOLDS AN ANNUAL 2 WEEK FESTIVAL FEATURING GUEST ARTISTS FROM AROUND THE WORLD TO PROVIDE TRAINING TO YOUNG ASSISTS FROM CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES. THIS FESTIVAL IS ONE -OF A KIND EVENT IN CANADA TWO FUNDRAISING DRAWS ARE HELD EACH YEAR TO RAISE FUNDS TO COVER THE COSTS OF THE FESTIVAL AND SCOTIA CHAMBER PLAYERS. CHAMBER MUSIC SOCIETY - A SERIES OF WEEKLY CONCERTS HELD IN THE MUSIC ROOM TO PROMOTE LOCAL ARTISTS.
