SBHASA continues to provide supports otherwise not available to members with Spina Bifida a/o Hydrocephalus. A large focus is physical and mental health interconnected. Engaging physical activities social events to improve self esteem/confidence awareness and inclusive events. SBHASA partakes in a great deal of member-volunteer based fundraising activities (BBQ's Walk and Roll Awareness etc.) Ongoing fundraising programs support our 'Funding Support Program' and helps members live the best quality of life possible. SBHASA continues to provide supports otherwise not available to members with Spina Bifida a/o Hydrocephalus. A large focus is physical and mental health interconnected. Gather and distribute information which will enhance the quality of life through website/social media and in-person events. Promote well being (both in person and virtual options throughout the year). SBHASA consists of 51 individuals/families and the expectation is for all families to volunteer throughout the year to carry out activities and fundraising.
