NON-DENOMINATIONAL AN ACCESSIBLE TO ALL EDMONTONIANS IN NEED THE CHRISTMAS BUREAU OF EDMONTON RAISES FUNDS TO PROVIDE A FESTIVE MEAL TO EDMONTON FAMILIES SENIORS AND INDIVIDUALS. APPROXIMATELY 45% OF THE CLIENTS SERVED ARE CHILDREN AND TEENS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS. THE BUREAU ALSO RAISES FUNDS FOR THE CHRISTMAS BUREAU OF EDMONTON ADOPT-A-TEEN PROGRAM WHICH PROVIDES TEENS AGED 13 TO 17 YEARS OF AGE A CHRISTMAS GIFT CARD. THE BUREAU IS INCORPORATED UNDER THE SOCIETIES ACT OF ALBERTA AND IS A REGISTERED CHARITY UNDER THE INCOME TAXACT AND THEREFORE IS EXEMPT FROM PAYING TAX.
