IT'S PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE ORCHESTRAL MUSIC AND TO PRESENT A VARIED REPERTOIRE OF LIVE SYMPHONIC MUSIC FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS OF THUNDER BAY AND THE COMMUNITIES OF NORTHWESTERN ONTARIO. IT PERFORMS OVER A TWENTY NINE WEEK SEASON BETWEEN OCTOBER AND MAY IN THE CITY OF THUNDER BAY.
