WE MAINTAIN AND OPERATE A VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT SERVING THE COMMUNITIES OF TULAMEEN COALMONT AND SURROUNDING AREAS UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE REGIONAL DISTRICT OF OKANAGAN-SIMILKAMEEN WHICH OWNS ALL OF OUR ASSETS (AND ANY PURCHASED ASSETS) ON BEHALF OF THE TAXPAYERS OF OUR PROTECTION AREA. DURING THE PAST COUPLE OF YEARS WE HAVE BEEN ACTIVELY INVOLVED IN THE FOREST FIRE SUPPRESSION AND FLOOD RELIEF EFFORTS IN OUR AREA. WE ARE CONSTANTLY RUNNING FUND RAISING EVENTS TO FUND AND FICILITATE ADDITIONAL TRAINING AND PURCHASE OR UPGRADES TO EQUIPMENT AS REQUIRED. WE ADDITIONALLY HAVE MADE EVERY Show more

WE ALOS PROVIDE ASSISTANCE IN RESCUE AND COMMUNITY BASED RESOLUTAION PLANS TO ALLEVIATE THE POTENTIAL AND REAL DANGER CAUSED BY THE ABOVE DISASTERS.
