What it does — in its own words
Ongoing programs
The Vagabond Players is 100% volunteer run Community Theatre Society. We operate out of the Bernie Legge Theatre leasing from the City of New Westminster. Our Lease mandates that we make the theatre available to other members of the arts and community organizations such as Toast Masters and participate in the Heritage Society Tours. We also do co-productions and this year was a Jazz Night and The Dimes Summer and Christmas show. Also we had a film industry rental.
New programs
Vagabond continues it's 2024-2025 Season with live theatre performances with productions in February April and July. We also have another film industry rental opportunity as with local arts organizations like Pechakucha and neighbourhood associations. Toast Masters still continues to have meetings at our Theatre and we will continue to do co-productions and others and be involved with the Heritage Society tour. Vagabond Players will hold it's AGM in June 2025 at which time the 2025-2026 Season will be determined.
