Ongoing programs
WE HOLD WEEKLY SERVICES. WE HAVE BIBLE-STUDY GROUPS AND PRAYER MEETINGS. WE HAVE MINISTRIES FOR YOUTH AND CHILDREN. WE GIVE PASTORAL CARE AND VISITATION (PARTICULARLY OF SENIORS AND THOSE IN HOSPITAL) AS APPROPRIATE. WE RUN A VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL DURING THE SUMMER FOR CHILDREN. WE CONTRIBUTE TO LOCAL MISSIONS AND TO SOME CANADIAN CHARITIES OPERATING BOTH WITHIN CANADA AND AROUND THE WORLD. WE HAVE A LIMITED OUTREACH TO PEOPLE COMING TO US FOR HELP WITH BASIC NEEDS. WE ALSO HAVE A FUND FOR STUDENT SUPPORT I.E. MONEY DONATED TO THIS FUND IS USED TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO STUDENTS IN NEED.

THE TEMPORARY PROGRAM STARTED IN 2022 FOR AIDING UKRAINIAN REFUGEES IN POLAND WAS CONTINUED A LITTLE. WE HAVE A CONTRACT WITH A CHURCH IN KATOWICE POLAND WHOSE PASTOR IS WELL KNOWN TO A FEW IN THE CONGREGATION. THAT CHURCH HAS BEEN HELPING MANY MANY REFUGEES ARRIVING IN POLAND WITH BASIC NEEDS. A PROGRAM IN SIERRA LEONE BEGUN IN 2023 WAS CONTINUED. THIS IS TO HELP THE PEOPLE IN THE VILLAGE OF KONTHA BUILD A NEW SCHOOL WITH LATRINES.
