Bereavement programs covers individual and family counselling and group grief support delivered to adults teens and children. This includes Walking groups Men's monthly drop ins Friends Helping Friends Children day camps Good Grief Teen Sessions Mindfulness Seminars Relaxation Sessions and information sessions delivered to the community through schools and community events. This includes Walking groups Men's monthly drop ins Friends Helping Friends Children day camps Good Grief Teen Sessions Mindfulness Seminars Relaxation Sessions and information sessions delivered to the community through schools and community events. Palliative Program covers one on one support to end of life clients and affected individuals through counselling visitations and vigil service in care home facility hospice residence and homes. Counselling are provided by registered clinical counsellors and with trained volunteers delivers rest of the activities within each program. Around 148 volunteers contributed 8 548 hours on services and 150 volunteers contributed 21 412 hours in our Thrift Store to help fund our programs.
