THE ORGANIZATION WAS INCORPORATED UNDER THE LAWS OF ONTARIO WITHOUT SHARE CAPITAL UNDER THE NAME TORONTO COMMUNITY VIDEOTEX IN 1983 AS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION. IN FISCAL 2024 THE ORGANIZATION OFFICIALLY CHANGED ITS NAME TO INTERACESS.
