Also new in 2024 funding was provided to a non-qualified donee the Serdachny Elevate Foundation registered under the Societies Act of Alberta; the grant funding will be used to support children and youth in healthy active living through sport. In accordance with CRA Guidance CG-032 (registered charities making grants to non-qualified donees) our Foundation's management completed a review of the grant request of the non-qualified donee completed a risk evaluation and provided and reviewed accountability requirements to the non-qualified donee.
