THIS LEVEL OF CARE EXTENDS TO PET OWNERS IN THE COMMUNITY THROUGH WELLNESS CLINICS A PET FOOD BANK TO HELP KEEP FAMILIES TOGETHER DURING TIMES OF FINANCIAL CRISIS AND ACCESSIBLE AFFORDABLE MICROCHIP AND SPAY/NEUTER SERVICES TO IMPROVE PET WELFARE THROUGHOUT OTTAWA
