SERVICES ARE OFFERED IN A CULTURALLY COMPETENT/PERSON CENTERED FRAMEWORK SUCH THAT DIVERS COMMUNITIES ARE SERVED IN A WIDE VARIETY OF LANGUAGES. OUTREACH IS ON-GOING TO SERVE DISTINCT POPULATIONS INCLUDING THE INDIGENOUS COMMUNITY CHINESE FARSI ITALIAN RUSSIAN AND TAMIL SPEAKING COMMUNITIES.
