OSOYOOS PERFORMING ARTS-CHANGED UP THE FORMAT FOR 3RD SPRING FESTIVAL BY OFFERING A FULL DAY OF PERFORMERS (10 LOCAL MUSICIANS/BAND) AT NO COST TO BRING EVERYONE TOGETHER AT THE WATERFRONT PARK IN OSOYOOS. ALSO RECEIVED SPONSORSHIP FROM ELKS LODGE TO HOST A CHILDREN'S SHOW AT THE LOCAL ELEMENTARY FOR STUDENTS AND PARENTS TO ENJOY TOGETHER.
