THE PACE PROGRAM EMPLOYS OTTAWA COMMUNITY HOUSING TENANTS ACROSS THE CITY AS POOR SUPPORT WORKERS TO PROVIDE SUPPORTS TO TENANTS IN OCHC COMMUNITIES. PACE PROMOTES TENANT MENTAL WELLNESS BY PROVIDING CRISIS SUPPORTS LINKING TENANTS WITH RESOURCES AND REDUCING ISOLATION THROUGH PROGRAMMING AND ACTIVITIES. THE HOARDING ASSISTANCE TEAM (HAT) PROVIDES INTENSIVE CASE MANAGEMENT SUPPORTS TO PEOPLE LIVING IN SUPPORTIVE HOUSING.
