WE DEVELOP AND DELIVER TRAINING COURSES SEMINARS WORKSHOPS CONFERENCES AND EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS THAT PROMOTE HUMANE COEXISTENCE WITH WILDLIFE INCLUDING BEAVERS COYOTES AND BLACK BEARS. WE CONDUCT AND/OR COMMISSION RESEARCH INTO ISSUES RELATED TO THE WELFARE OF ANIMALS AND OTHER ANCILLARY SUBJECTS. WE UPHOLD THE ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF CANADIAN ANIMAL WELFARE LAWS BY MONITORING THE PRACTICES OF COMMERCIAL FUR FARMS AND OTHER COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS THAT HARVEST FUR-BEARING ANIMALS TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE WITH RELEVANT LAWS.
