THE GOAL IS TO MOTIVATE AND ENCOURAGE PEOPLE AT THE GRASSROOTS LEVEL TO PLAN AND TAKE DECISIVE ACTIONS TO END THEIR OWN HUNGER AND TAKE LEADERSHIP IN THEIR OWN DEVELOPMENT WORK.
