Administer in partnership with the Department of National Defence under an M.R.U. and the Air Cadet League of Canada Ontario Provincial Committee under the aegis of the Air Cadet League of Canada (National Headquarters) a squadron of youth unit fostering developing citizenship leadership & life skills around an interest in aviation to youths 12-18 years of age. the young men & women of the squadron participate in local training in a program developed under the Department of National Defence guidelines during the school year attending summer courses at DND training camps (usually CFB bases) 2 weeks for basic 8 weeks Power/Gliding pilot licenses to transport Canada Standards survival instructor & leadership aviation technical & band courses among others. They also participate in & support various activities in their communities such as Cadets Caring for Canada Royal Canadian Legion poppy fund raising Remembrance Day and other parades.

Working on the mentoring program on building up our band and on studying (by gathering information) on how to retain cadets by interviewing the cadets leaving and cadets remaining in the program.
