Promote the emotional health and well-being of seniors through the support of their peers thereby enhancing their quality of life encouraging seniors' independence self esteem and individual goals. Programs include: Volunteer Peer support and counselling Caregiver support program - provides education and support to caregivers to reduce stress caused by being a caregiver to a disabled family member Dementia Friendly support program-provides social connection and support for those with memory loss or dementia.
