THE SOCIETY PROVIDES EDUCATION PROGRAMS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR ON URBAN AGRICULTURE. THE SOCIETY RUNS THE REGIONAL COMPOST HOTLINE MAINTAINS VANCOUVER'S COMPOST DEMONSTRATION GARDEN AND PUBLISHES CITY FARMER NEWS ON THE WEB. THE SOCIETY TEACHES WORKSHOPS TO BOTH KIDS AND ADULTS IT CONDUCTS TOURS OF OUR GARDEN TO A VARIETY OF VISITORS AND WE ATTEND MANY MEDIA INTERVIEWS EACH YEAR. THE SOCIETY ALSO SPEAKS AT PUBLIC EVENTS AND SETS UP INFORMATION TABLES AT COMMUNITY EVENTS. THE SOCIETY IS BUILDING A CLIMATE CHANGE ADAPTATION GARDEN.
