Access & Intervention - Assist low income individuals and families in need of income supports and access to public/government services. Assistance is also provided for form filling crisis intervention advocacy translation and interpretation and settlement. Access & Intervention - Assist low income individuals and families in need of income supports and access to public/government services. Assistance is also provided for form filling crisis intervention advocacy translation and interpretation and settlement. Housing - Provide supports to marginalized and vulnerable individuals and families who are in a homeless or near-homeless situations. This assistance includes help in accessing shelter and housing mobile eviction prevention van-based street outreach to people living outside as per the Housing First approach mobile follow-up support including home visiting and case planning eviction prevention through the Rent Bank Grant program and trusteeship program. Support is provided to everyone though specific eligibility criteria may apply to some of our programs. BGC Albion Club - Programs and services for children and youth that include but are not limited to various social recreational educational and creative programs and activities at various community-based locations such as breakfast clubs after-school clubs city-wide inter Boys and Girls Clubs special events literacy creative arts and dance sports leagues parent support and education leadership training summer employment scholarship access community development violence prevention and mentorship building.
