PARTNERING WITH LOCAL HOSPITAL TO ASSIST VULNERABLE SENIORS WHEN THEY ARE RELEASED FROM THE HOSPITAL - TO HELP ENSURE THEY ARE NOT RE-AMITTED SOON AFTER THEIR RELEASE CONTINUING WORKING WITH WOMEN DEALING WITH AN UNPLANNED PREGNANCY TO ENSURE NEEDS ARE BEING MET FOR BOTH MOTHER AND BABY - AS WELL AS OTHERS IN THE FAMILY PROVIDING SENIORS WITH WEEKLY FOOD FROM ITEMS LIKE BREAD TO FRUITS AND VEGETABLE WITH IN SEASON PLUS ENSURING THEY ALL GET A CHRISTMAS HAMPER

WORKING ON PARTNERSHIP WITH LOCAL SCHOOLS TO PROVIDE OUR RESOURCES TESTING OUT A PROGRAMME TO HAVE AVAILABLE PEOPLE AND RESOURCE TO ASSIST WHEN SENIORS NEED TO MOVE EITHER FOR REASONS SUCH AS EVICTION TO MOVING OUT OF A DANGEROUS SITUATION. CONTINUING TO WORKING WITH THE LOCAL HOSPITALS WHERE NEEDED WITH SENIORS.
