The objects for which the corporation is incorporated are: a) To establish maintain and operate a non-profit licensed child care centre for physically emotionally developmentally or financially disadvantage children within the community. b) To establish maintain and conduct a non-profit child care licensed under the Child Care and Early Years Act 2014 SO 2014 c 11 Sch. 1 for education including care and guidance to children. c) To initiate develop and conduct non-profit child care programs seminars and conferences available to the community at large and directed specifically towards parents early childhood educators and other child care workers. d) To offer on site training practice and experience to students of child care educational programs. e) To liaise with other charities educational governmental agencies or organizations in developing child care programs. To promote children's health and wellbeing by providing not-for-profit programs in recreational and child care settings. During this fiscal period we continued to operate licensed child care programs at nine early learning and child care centres for children birth to age 12. This includes before and after school programs and summer day camps authorized under the CCEYA.
