IT IS A PARTNERSHIP OF THE PUBLIC POLICE AND MEDIA WHICH PROVIDES WATERLOO REGION WITH A PROACTIVE PROGRAM TO ANNONYMOUSLY ASSIST POLICE IN SOLVING CRIME AND CONTRIBUTING TO AN IMPROVED QUALITY OF LIFE IN THE REGION.
