Les différents services offerts ; -Interventions psychosociales ; suivi individuel conjugal ou familial qui vise une intervention sur une situation ou sur une problématique reliée à la maladie mentale d’un proche. -Les groupes de soutien généraux ; s’adressent aux personnes proches aidantes d’une personne atteinte d’un trouble en santé mentale ; conjoint.e famille ou amis de la personne atteinte. -Accompagnement pour requête d'évaluation psychiatrique ; les services d’accompagnement consistent à fournir de l’information juste aux proches à évaluer les motifs de dangerosité de la personne atteinte à accompagner les proches dans la rédaction de la requête et à les supporter dans cette épreuve. -Parent Autrement ; l'objectif est de venir en aide aux parents d'enfant mineur ayant un trouble de santé mentale. Des interventions psychosociales individuelles et/ou de couples des groupes de soutien réservés aux parents des conférences et ateliers et des activités de répit font partie du programme 'Parent Autrement'. -Jeunesse ; s'adresse aux jeunes mineurs ayant un membre de la famille atteint d'une maladie mentale (parent fratrie grand-parent...). Des interventions psychosociales individuelles des activités de répit et l'art-thérapie sont au menu pour mieux accompagner les jeunes vivant avec les difficultés découlants de la maladie mentale d'un proche. -Pair aidant famille (PAF) est un proche et membre de la Halte des proches qui offre son soutien aux proches qui traversent des moments difficiles en partageant sa propre expérience de rétablissement. Le PAF reçoit une formation offerte par une intervenante qualifiée lui permettant d'avoir les connaissances et habiletés nécessaires afin d'accompagner avec professionnalisme ceux qui vivent des situations similaires.
