The charitable object and purpose of the Trust shall be to promote devotion to the Holy Face of Jesus Christ in reparation for modern affronts against the first three commandments concerning idolatry blasphemy and irreverence and to offer the wounded Face of Jesus the emblem of the Godhead as an object of adoration and prayer in union with the Archconfraternity of the Holy Face to save souls and restore Christendom in Canada and throughout the world. a) To establish organize initiate direct operate undertake and implement programs of education as well as events conferences congresses courses colloquia workshops tables rondes programs symposiums and seminars that teach promote and foster the devotion to the Holy Face and other Catholic devotions; b) To carry on printing and publishing and to sell and distribute music films video materials books literature and other intellectual property; c) To establish websites and other social media platforms to advance the objects of the Trust. d) To collaborate in initiatives and ventures with complementary groups and third-party organizations which advance the objectives of the Trust. e) To enter into any arrangements with any authorities federal provincial municipal local or otherwise including agreements for affiliation or federation with any like organization and to obtain from any such authority any rights privileges or concessions which the Trust may think it desirable to obtain and to carry out exercise and comply with any such arrangements rights privileges or concessions. f) To take by gift devise lease or purchase and to hold real and personal property including all such lands buildings hereditaments and possessions as may from time to time be acquired or erected by the Trust and to use or occupy the same for the objects of the Trust. g) To make gifts of all or part of the funds or property of the Trust to Registered Charities in Canada. Such gifts may only be made in the strict pursuit of the charitable objects of the Trust and must be specifically approved in each case by a majority vote of the Trustees.
