Fusion Rise Contracting Ltd. (Social Enterprise) Focus: Revenue generation + job creation Description: For-profit subsidiary (in progress or newly launched) that: Carries out contracting renovations landscaping and property maintenance Creates employment opportunities for those experiencing poverty youth persons with disabilities and marginalized individuals Reinvests profits back into the charity’s social programs 3.Training & Employment Support Focus: Skills development and poverty relief Includes: Job-readiness workshops Trades mentorships Work placements through contracts with municipalities and businesses 4.Advocacy & Systems Change Focus: Poverty homelessness youth voice Description: Engagement with government and coalitions (e.g. Coalition to End Homelessness) Advocates for youth-friendly housing disability access and employment equity
