This is a foundation: it mostly grants money to other charities, so program-spending ratios are the wrong lens. We show the share of spending disbursed to qualified donees instead.

We provide single mothers and new immigrant families furniture and fixtures. We help families turn their houses into homes. We provide single mothers and new immigrant families furniture and fixtures. We help families turn their houses into homes. Our goal is to reduce the impact of used furniture being dumped into our landfills by repurposing it to people who are in need that have a living space but no furniture. Items are collected and donated to Better Cause Society. We store these items at our warehouse instead of the used good being dumped into a landfill. We are connected with a family in need that is sponsored through our referral program. We contact the family in need and the sponsor organization to setup a delivery date and to find out what furniture is needed. The requested furniture items are delivered directly to their house and in most cases can be setup for them. After the family in need no longer needs the furniture they received we will come back to pickup it up and recycle if needed. Every week Better Cause Society collects quality second hand furniture and house hold goods and along with volunteers and other organizations from across the lower mainland help to redistribute these items to the families who need them. New programs

We have been committed to our current mission as it has significantly increased through word of mouth from the countless other organizations we work with. We have partnered with more organizations to reach a large number of people.
